The Leica Piper series of pipe lasers are perfect for: storm and sanitary sewer construction, gravity flow pipe line and anywhere grade and line are required with a single beam. Choose from the Piper 100 or the Piper 200 with Alignmaster.
Powerful and compact, the Leica Piper is the only pipe laser that fits inside a 100 mm (four inch) pipe.
Solid performance - in the pipe, over the top, or in the manhole. Work with confidence with the Leica Piper series of pipe lasers from Leica Geosystems.
In the pipe: Self-centering, rubber tipped feet ensure the Piper stays working. Rock solid construction with cast aluminium housing for the toughest jobsite conditions.
Over the top: Optional scope and mount kit for above ground setups. Versatile, yet simple to operate and user friendly.
In the manhole: Its unique design and wide stable base make the Piper easy to set up even in the smallest invert. The Piper is 100% waterproof with a positive pressure nitrogen seal.

QL 125 Pipe laser - Compact dimensions
The QL 125 laser is designed for use when space is limited.
Its short length means the laser can be used in tight bends and
narrow manholes. The minimum pipe diameter is 125 mm.
The manual alignment function allows you to direct the laser by remote control onto a reference rod outside the excavation, without later having to use the grade-setting control once more in the manhole.
1. Set the desired grade.
2. Direct the laser beam onto the reference rod.
3. Press the alignment button to return the laser beam to the original grade setting - the line is exactly preserved.
Lithium-ion batteries
Lithium-ion batteries ensure that the QL 125 is always ready for action.A second battery (optional) can be charged outside the laser.
Manual cross axis levelling
Cross axis orientation can be done very conveniently using the digital spirit level shown on the display. If the the cross axis is exceeded, the QL 125 warns the user with a pulsating beam.
The LMPL-20 is constructed from cast aluminium and is nitrogen purged, then sealed for total waterproofing. All internal components of the Pipe Laser are protected and with rugged aluminium housing, the LMPL-20 can handle the harsh demands of the underground industry.
To be more productive on today's construction sites, you need equipment that stands up to the toughest jobsite conditions. This is even more critical in the underground drainage industry where underground elements can be tough on your equipment. With this in mind, CST/Berger has designed the LMPL-20 Pipe Laser.
Large, Illuminated LCD Display make information easy to see and use.
Easy Grade Input - enter by individual digit for quick setup changes.
Two-Way RF Remote Control with real time changes, make changes without being in the hole.
Illuminated LED Pivot Point makes setup easy and fast, for plumb bob setups.
Lock Grade and Line Feature to prevent changes after setup.
Battery Indicator monitors battery level of Ni-Mh and Alkaline battery packs.
Sleep Mode turns off laser beam, display, and auto-levelling. Pipe laser wakes up with any control input from main keypad or remote.
Multi-Function Menus for quick access to: unit settings (percent or permil), laser power level, calibration information, and entry of owner information. Owner information and calibration is password protected.

The AC 1 is developed for the toughest of laser applications - pipe laying. It has a shock proof and water tight metal housing. It features a fully built-in battery with a very long operating life from each charge. The large control panel and the long range, visible laser beam makes the AC 1 easy to use. Unique automatic functions enable very fast and accurate setup.
The AC 1 is engineered to withstand heavy wear during many years of hard use. The housing is manufactured in aluminium. Even the remote control is made out of metal, waterproof and rugged. The battery is completely enclosed to avoid problems with leakage and poor contact found with interchangeable battery packs, or inconvenience with external power cables.
The AC 1 is designed for easy operation. The laser beam is clearly visible and workable over a range of up to 200m. Push button symbols and commands are logical and easy to understand. Advanced functions that make operation easier for the experienced user, are hidden and will not distract the inexperienced user.
The display is large and legible, and it is angled upwards to be easily read from above. Its backlight can be operated from the remote control to make the display visible in poor light.
The AC 1 has a large battery capacity. A full 7 hour charge will give well over a working week's operation. In emergency cases, 30 minutes of charge will give you a full day's use. The AC 1 can also be powered from an external battery.
The AC 1 is quick and simple to set up for a new job. The laser beam travels fast. It will rarely take more than 10 seconds from power on to full accuracy. This means fast set-up.
The AC 1 can be placed in the pipe with a large cross-axis tilt (+/-3 degree). The grade is automatically compensated to full accuracy. This makes it easy to get the laser in place even in tricky positions.
The automatic plumb line beam travel enables you to side align the beam at any height. The beam will always travel vertically, even if the laser is placed with a large cross-axis tilt angle. You can place a rod on the edge of the trench in line with both manholes, pull up the beam with the remote control (up to 40% grade) and side align the beam onto the rod. Thereafter you let the beam go down to the working grade - the AC 1 keeps the side alignment accurate.

Mikrofyn MLP 120 Pipe Laying Laser
The Mikrofyn MLP 120 Pipe Laying Laser is designed to function under all jobsite conditions. It is manufactured using first class materials to provide contractors a rugged, reliable and easy-to-use instrument, available in 4 different models.
Rugged design for harsh job conditions MLP 120 is built to be strong and job-site tough. The round all aluminum housing insures perfect sealing plus provides a rugged protection enclosure for the mechanics, optics and electronics of the MLP 120. MLP 120 is rated to a depth of 9m (30') head of water.
All features of the MLP 120 can be controlled by an IR remote controller.
The MLP 120 is so small that it will fit into a 120mm (4 3/4") pipe.
The MLP 120 uses a high intensive red LED display (not LCD), which can easily be seen from the top of the manhole.
The display shows: % slope entered, left-right line adjust position, line adjust travel range, battery capacity and cross axis level. An optional string-line loop or hook for simple alignment is available.
A fast blinking laser beam will communicate to the crew at the end of the pipe that the battery needs recharging and that the MLP 120 will shut off in 2-4 hours. The slow blinking laser beam signals that the laser is self levelling.
A very fast blinking beam communicates that the IR remote is being received by the MLP 120. This feature is especially helpful in second day setups through-the-pipe.
If the temperature exceeds 50 C the Laser automatically decrease the power to protect the Laser diode but at 65 C the Laser still works - what other Laser will do that?
